We are focused on being the “go to” resource for nonbiased HIT information in our region.

CHW CAN REVIEW AND MAKE OBJECTIVE RECOMMENDATIONS
ABOUT YOUR SYSTEMS
Community Health Works is ready to assist you in reviewing your current systems. CHW can determine what is and is not working for your organization and what could work better. CHW can provide honest, unbiased advice on the systems your organization needs to have in place to meet regulatory guidelines as well as qualify for government incentives.
WORKING WITH YOU TO SELECT THE RIGHT OPTION
If you choose to take advantage of government incentives to implement a certified EHR, or if we find that your current EHR deployment will not meet the incentive guidelines, CHW can steer you through the EHR selection process. After reviewing your systems and processes, CHW can cut through the spin from the EHR sales reps to help you make the best decision for your organization. We can help you objectively compare the features of each EHR and determine which feature-set best meets your requirements. There will be no guess work with CHW in your corner.
Many EHR salespeople will have you believe that EHR deployment is like a day at the spa. In the real world, EHR deployment requires changes in work flow and operational down time. There will be hiccups. CHW can de-ploy your EHR and work with your or-ganization on the process level to en-sure that deployment goes as smoothly as possible. We can work with you to develop the best processes to deploy your EHR and get your operations back up to 100% as quickly as possible.
WE CAN HELP TO ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE
ALL AVAILABLE GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES
The American Recovery and Reinvest-ment Act (ARRA) also known as the stimulus as well as other legislation provided over $20 billion dollars for healthcare incentives. It is predicted that up to 65% of doctors will be able to qualify for up to $44,000 in govern-ment incentives for deployment and obtaining “meaningful use” of certified EHRs. Some providers may be eligible for even more government incentives.
You may also be eligible for a 2% enhanced reimbursement rate on Medicare claims for utilizing e-prescribing. CHW can maximize your chances of being able to take ad-vantage of these incentives. We can ensure that, if eligible, you have the systems in place to meet the govern-ment requirements.
Community Health Works is an IRS 501(c)3 not for profit company that was founded in 2001. Our mission is regional integration of whole person healthcare.
