The help you need at the price you can afford. Community Health Works' pharmaceutical assistance program, Rx for the Uninsured (also known as PPAP), is a fee-based medication assistance service. Upon meeting eligibility requirements, CHW will complete PPAP forms for medications that customers qualify to receive. CHW cooperates directly with the drug companies to help ease the burden of expensive monthly visits to the pharmacy. If you meet income guidelines and do not currently have prescription drug coverage, you may be eligible for assistance from Community Health Works. If eligible, the CHW PPAP processing fee is $30 every 3 months. This program is established to help people with limited incomes and no insurance or other coverage that helps pay the cost of medications. By helping qualified people obtain their prescription medications through the medication assistance programs offered by drug companies, CHW saves many customers hundreds of dollars each month. Community Health Works is not an insurance or a prescription discount program. We are a non-profit company that will help apply for medication assistance programs provided by the major pharmaceutical companies. |
